Items purchased from our clearance categories ($30/$40/$50/$60) are FINAL SALE.

All other purchases, including those from our 30% off category, are subject to our return policies below.

ONLINE PURCHASES

GIFTS purchased online between Nov 1 and Dec 24 may be returned until Dec 31 (postmark date for returns sent by mail). Please note that we are closed in-store during the month of January, but will still be able to accept parcels by mail.

For all other purchases, we will gladly refund merchandise that is unworn and has original tags attached, within 14 days of receipt.

OPTION 1: RETURN BY MAIL

Please package your return securely and include the original invoice.

Refunds are processed within 3 business days upon receipt of your return package. Refunds will be credited to your original method of payment and you will receive email notification once the refund has been processed. Original shipping charges are non-refundable.

OPTION 2: RETURN/EXCHANGE IN-STORE

If you prefer to return in-store, or require an exchange, please visit us with your return and your invoice. Please note that we are closed in-store during the month of January.
