ONLINE PURCHASES - HOLIDAYS
Online orders placed November 15 through December 24 may be returned until January 15, 2024.
All other online orders may be returned within 14 days of receipt.
Merchandise must be unworn, unwashed, and have original tags attached.
OPTION 1: RETURN BY MAIL
Please package your return securely and include the original invoice.

Refunds are processed within 3 business days upon receipt of your return package. Refunds will be credited to your original method of payment and you will receive email notification once the refund has been processed. Original shipping charges are non-refundable.
OPTION 2: RETURN/EXCHANGE IN-STORE
If you prefer to return in-store, or require an exchange, please visit us with your return and your invoice.
Refunds will be credited to your original method of payment. Original shipping charges are non-refundable.
IN-STORE PURCHASES - HOLIDAYS
GIFTS purchased November 15 through December 24 may be returned until December 31, and must be accompanied by a GIFT RECEIPT.
All other in-store purchases are subject to our regular return policy:
Full-priced merchandise purchased in-store may be returned for EXCHANGE or STORE CREDIT only within 14 days of purchase.
Merchandise must be unworn, unwashed, have original tags attached, and be accompanied by a receipt.
All sale/discounted merchandise is FINAL SALE.
