ONLINE PURCHASES

We will gladly refund full-priced merchandise within 14 days of receipt either by mail or in person at either our London or Sarnia store.

In order to qualify for a refund, you must meet ALL of the following conditions:

  • Merchandise must have been purchased at full price
  • Merchandise must be unworn, unwashed, unaltered, and in the precise condition in which it was purchased
  • Merchandise must have all original tags attached
  • Merchandise must be accompanied by the original invoice

Pierced jewelry, undergarments, and all sale/discounted merchandise are FINAL SALE.

Exchanges may only be made in-store. If you are unable to exchange in person, we recommend purchasing the item you require and sending the original back for a refund.


OPTION 1: RETURN BY MAIL

Please package your item(s) securely and include the original invoice.

Your refund will be credited to your original method of payment and you will receive email notification once the refund has been processed. Original shipping charges are non-refundable.

Refunds will be processed within 3 to 4 business days upon receipt of your return package.

If you do not meet ALL the conditions of our return policy OR if we receive merchandise in any condition other than the condition in which it was sent, the items will be returned to you at your expense and you will not be eligible for a refund.


OPTION 2: RETURN IN-STORE

  • Merchandise must be unworn, unwashed, unaltered, and in the precise condition in which it was purchased
  • Merchandise must have all original tags attached
  • Merchandise must be accompanied by the original receipt

Pierced jewelry, undergarments, and all sale/discounted merchandise are FINAL SALE.

We WILL deny exchanges of any items that do not meet our exchange policy standards.

We reserve the right to limit or refuse exchanges on a case-by-case basis at our discretion.
