Returns / Exchanges

ONLINE PURCHASES

We will gladly refund merchandise that is unworn, unwashed, and has original tags attached, within 14 days of receipt either by mail or in person at either our London store or Sarnia sister-store.

Exchanges may only be made in-store. If you are unable to exchange in person, we recommend purchasing the item you require and sending the original back for a refund.


OPTION 1: RETURN BY MAIL

Please package your item(s) securely and include the original invoice.

Refunds are processed within 3 business days upon receipt of your return package. Refunds will be credited to your original method of payment and you will receive email notification once the refund has been processed. Original shipping charges are non-refundable.


OPTION 2: RETURN/EXCHANGE IN-STORE

Should you prefer to return your online purchase in person, or if you require an exchange, you may do so at either our London store or Sarnia sister-store. Please remember to bring your invoice with you.

Pierced jewelry, undergarments, and all sale/discounted merchandise are FINAL SALE.
