Not in love with your purchase? We will gladly refund merchandise that is unworn, unwashed, and has original tags attached, within 14 days of receipt.

If you require an exchange, we recommend purchasing the item you require and sending the original back for a refund.


OPTION 1: RETURN BY MAIL

Please package your item(s) securely and include the original invoice.

Refunds are processed within 3 business days upon receipt of your return package. Refunds will be credited to your original method of payment and you will receive email notification once the refund has been processed. Original shipping charges are non-refundable.


OPTION 2: RETURN/EXCHANGE IN-STORE

Due to COVID-19 precautions, our retail locations are currently closed to the public. As such, we cannot accept returns in-store at this time.

Pierced jewelry, undergarments, and all sale/discounted merchandise are FINAL SALE.
